The success of Twilight rocketed its cast into the stratosphere, making Kellan and company household names overnight. But while the character of Emmett has given Kellan great exposure, he hasn’t been identified with the role in the same way that Christopher Reeve, while a talented actor, was forever Superman. The result is a great deal of freedom. “It’s been such an amazing process. I fell into acting and I found a passion for it and it’s really like a hobby to me. I have a great agent, we’ve been best friends, and we have the same dream: to not care about the money and to not care about the fame. We can be cool and collected and really plan my career.”

“I’m blessed to be doing the Twilight movies because I know I get to make multiple movies,” Kellan says. “So, let’s go find some independents with meaty parts: let’s find a drama, let’s find a comedy, let’s find a thriller, let’s find a romantic comedy, a love story. I know my strengths and weaknesses. So, I might not take the great paying jobs of playing the frat guy, playing the jock, playing the preppy boy, because that’s what people see me as already. I’d rather do something a little different. It’s very tough for me to be seen as vulnerable or someone who could be beaten up, so its tough to get those roles, but I’m all for it.”

National Geographic Kids intervjuade nyligen Breaking Dawn Vampyren Jackson Rathbone (aka Jasper Hale), där han promotade DVD/Blu ray utsläppet av hans nya film The Last Airbender -

NG Kids The Last Airbender movie is based on the Nickelodeon series, Avatar: The Last Airbender. What was it like playing a cartoon character?

Jackson Rathbone I was a fan of the Nickelodeon series, so I was excited about bringing an animated show to life – the mix of martial arts, fantasy elements, and family bond. It was months of training and getting to know my incredible cast and crew, who could ask for more?!

NGK Your character, Sokka, can’t ‘bend’ like his sister, Katara. Which element would be the coolest to ‘bend’ in real life?
Jackson Water! It’s the most common element on our earth and in our bodies.

NGK What was it like working with Nicola Peltz (who plays Katara) and Noah Ringer (who plays Aang)?
Jackson They’re both really great! It was amazing to watch them grow as actors, people, and martial artists. I learned a lot from them and I hope they did from me. I feel like Nicola is truly a little sister and Noah could be the little brother I never had!

NGK What was it like shooting the start of the film in Greenland?
Jackson It was freezing! But we had a great time in the cold – snowball fights, body sledding, and waking up to the most serene landscape with the sun slowly spreading across ice. I loved it!

NGK What was the hardest thing about filming in Greenland?
Jackson Hands down, the most challenging part of filming in Greenland was simply walking without falling down in scenes. It’s so icy there!

NGK How did working on The Twilight Saga: Eclipse help you prepare for your scenes in The Last Airbender?
Jackson I actually trained and filmed The Last Airbender a few months before beginning Eclipse. So it was the other way around! The greatest thing I learned is how to keep in control while fighting for the screen.

MTV News intervjuade nyligen Garrett Hedlund där han promotade Tron: Legacy.  Garrett pratar om att arbeta med Kristen Stewart i On The Road.   Michael Sheen (aka Aro) är också med i Tron: Legacy.

Regarding Kristen Stewart, Hedlund had nothing but the highest compliments to pay his co-star.

“[She is] incredible, and in this, everyone is going to get to see how hard a worker she is, the devotion that she puts into her work,” Hedlund enthused. “And her performance is going to be exposed highly in this.”

Michael Sheen (aka Aro) är med i december nummret av BMI (British Midland International Airline) Voyager magazine.   Michael pratar bland annat om hans röst som  Dr. Griffiths i Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue m.m !

Sheen’s career trajectory has been meteoric since he first stormed the nation’s stage, prodigiously young, during his second year at RADA (Royal Academy of Dramatic Art), to star opposite Vanessa Redgrave in When She Danced in London’s West End. He is prolific in film, television and theatre. This autumn he appeared in his third and final TV film about Blair, The Special Relationship, while doing voice-work as Dr Griffiths in Disney’s Christmas DVD release, Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue. He steals the show in this year’s Boxing Day blockbuster, Tron: Legacy – a sequel to the Sixties sci-fi classic. And next year, he is reprising his role as the vampire Aro Volturi in the next instalment of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, and appearing in Woody Allen’s film, Midnight in Paris. He’s also returning to the stage at London’s Young Vic theatre in the title role of Hamlet.

Skådespelerskan Amy Adams pratade med MTV News nyligen om hennes On The Road co- spelarer Kristen Stewart.

“She’s awesome,” Adams said of KStew. “I knew she had chops. I’ve seen her since ‘Panic Room.’ I thought she was fantastic. I feel like she’s grown up onscreen. She was great in ‘Into the Wild.’ The girl’s got some chops.”
